“I’ve embarrassed you,” Amber said quietly. “I’m sorry.”
“Nothing to be sorry about. I’m embarrassed as hell because a pretty woman and I spent time together and I don’t remember it. Except—” He groaned, dropping his head as he spoke to his plate. “Please tell me that there wasn’t a stall in the restroom involved?”
“Okay, I won’t tell you.”
“Oh, God. And the taxi cab?”
“Not entirely, but close. The cabby was pretty pissed that we even considered it and threw us out before we got too involved.”
“Counter top in the kitchen?”
“It’s all coming back to you. Wall in the hallway, three times in the bed and once in the shower. Actually, the counter top and wall was all one time as we worked our way to the bed, finishing there. You have amazing stamina.”
